- The Netiquette Home Page at http://www.albion.com/netiquette is by Virginia Shea, author of the book Netiquette. It even has a netiquette quiz.
- Spam Is Not the Worst of It at http://unquietmind.com/email.html has a list of gaffes to avoid, with an Annoyance Meter to show the severity of each one.
- Emily Postnews at http://www.templetons.com/brad/emily.html is the classic tongue-in-cheek list of do's and don'ts by Brad Templeton. (Postnews is a UNIX program used in distributing Usenet newsgroup articles.)
- RFC 1855: Netiquette Guidelines, at http://www.dtcc.edu/cs/rfc1855.html is an exhaustive if somewhat outdated list of do's and don'ts by someone at Intel back in 1985.
